Orders ship within 14 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that time frames are stated in business days and do not include weekends.
Packages that are refused or unclaimed are subject to a 30% restocking fee should the item make it back to us (shipping is not refunded). If the item does not come back to us, we are not responsible for a refund.
Legally, sellers are responsible for your package while it is in transit to you, until it is marked "delivered" to your address. Once that package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Therefore, if you have had problems with porch or mail theft, you may want to have us upgrade to "signature required" for your delivery. It is normally just a few dollars more and we can bill you for that easily. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for this type of loss once marked delivered and it would become a matter for the police in your area.
